Due review queue
Focus on due items first, then add fresh records from mock tests.
Review schedule
Explain the error immediately after review.
Recall the rule, evidence and corrected answer without looking.
Solve a new item with the same error pattern.
Verify transfer under light time pressure.
Re-test inside a mixed practice set.
Close the error only after successful transfer.
Diagnostic taxonomy
Filter codes by domain to decide whether the repair belongs to language, perception, reasoning or performance.
Meaning, word family, collocation or register was unknown or misused.
The structure was misunderstood, produced inaccurately or interpreted with the wrong scope.
Equivalent wording in the question, audio or text was not recognised.
A phoneme, final sound, stress pattern or number was heard incorrectly.
Linking, weak forms, assimilation, elision or contractions hid the expected words.
An early, corrected or partially matching option was selected instead of the final answer.
The answer was not supported by an exact textual or acoustic cue.
The conclusion went beyond what the text, speaker or prompt justified.
Too much time was spent on one item, passage, plan or paragraph.
Word limits, response format or task requirements were not followed.
Ideas, sentences or turns did not form a clear and controlled progression.
The wording was too informal, too rehearsed, unnatural or unsuitable for the task.
Notebook records
Evidence
The speaker corrected herself after a connected-speech chunk: 'actually, make that the fifteenth'.
Cause
The learner locked onto the first keyword and did not wait for correction language.
Repair action
Collect correction phrases, shadow the audio chunk and complete a new distractor item after three days.

Interactive transfer check
Tick the gates after a fresh task. The record closes only when all four are true.
Do not close this error yet: explanation alone is not transfer evidence.
Evidence
The passage stated that the pilot was temporary, not the permanent system described in option B.
Cause
The learner matched topic vocabulary but did not check the limiting phrase.
Repair action
Before selecting, underline the exact phrase that proves or blocks each option.

Do not close this error yet: explanation alone is not transfer evidence.
Evidence
Several past-tense endings and plural markers were not audible in the recording review.
Cause
